The investiture ceremony is an important event in schools, where students are appointed to leadership positions and entrusted with responsibilities. The primary objective of the investiture ceremony was to instil a sense of responsibility, leadership, and discipline among the student body. The investiture ceremony of TMS Mohali on 4th May 2024 began with a solemn procession, where the newly appointed leaders, adorned in their respective badges and sashes, marched to the stage amidst applause and encouragement from fellow students & teachers. The ceremony was presided over by the principal Ms.Mallika Kapoor, addressed the students emphasizing the significance of leadership and the responsibilities associated with it. The speech motivated the newly appointed leaders to uphold the values and principles of the School and encouraged them to be role models for their peers. The highlight of the investiture ceremony was the badging ceremony, where the student leaders were called on stage to receive their badges and sashes. The badges symbolized their respective roles, such as Head Girl, Head Boy, House Captain, Sports Captain, Cultural Secretary, and other positions of responsibility. Following the badging ceremony, the student leaders collectively took an oath, pledging their commitment to their roles, the school, and their fellow students. The investiture ceremony at TMS Mohali was a momentous event that marked the formal induction of student leaders into their roles.
