Beyond Books

Co-curricular

Our school offers a vibrant array of co-curricular activities designed to enrich students’ educational experience beyond the classroom. From arts and music to sports and technology clubs, these activities foster creativity, teamwork, and leadership skills. Students can explore diverse interests through debate, drama, science fairs, and community service projects. Our dedicated instructors and state-of-the-art facilities ensure each student can pursue their passions and develop holistically. Engaging in co-curricular activities enhances social skills, builds confidence, and nurtures well-rounded individuals prepared for future success.

NSS

The Millennium inculcates civic responsibility, and social awareness through the National Service Scheme (NSS). It promotes character development, skill-building, and volunteerism, bridging the gap between students and communities, thereby contributing to holistic education and shaping responsible, engaged citizens.

The NSS scheme provides a platform to the students to contribute for the social welfare of the society targeting the unprivileged by offering various services like community cleanliness, preparing Langar and communicating with the downtrodden hence learning their role towards the community.

Excursion & Trips

At TMS, we recognize school excursions as a vital aspect of the educational experience, providing students with meaningful opportunities for hands-on learning. These outings, whether focused on educational enrichment or recreational activities, offer a refreshing break from the routine and immerse students in diverse environments, deepening their understanding of the natural world and different cultures. Excursions are instrumental in enhancing students’ social and interpersonal skills, fostering stronger relationships with peers and educators. They also promote the values of global citizenship, encouraging tolerance, empathy, and a greater appreciation of both personal development and the world around them. Through these enriching experiences, students broaden their perspectives and cultivate virtues that will positively impact their future.

Sports

At Millennium, we believe in the philosophy that a sound mind thrives in a healthy body. Our approach to education integrates both academic learning and sports, fostering a balanced development in students. Through sports, children acquire essential life skills such as teamwork, sportsmanship, resilience, and the ability to handle both success and failure with a positive outlook.

We recognize that physical education not only promotes better health and enhances motor skills, but also sharpens students’ cognitive abilities, improving their overall learning experience. At Millennium Group of Schools, our physical education program is built on core values of respect, sportsmanship, and fair play.

Our students engage in a wide range of sports, including cricket, badminton, table tennis,  tennis, chess, and athletics.

INTERACT

The Millennium School Interact Club, in association with Rotary International, empowers students to develop leadership skills, social responsibility, and a spirit of service. Through activities like fundraising events, plantation drives, cleanliness campaigns, and community service initiatives, our members actively contribute to creating positive change locally and globally. Joining the Interact Club offers students the opportunity to grow as leaders, make meaningful impacts, and be part of a network dedicated to building a better world.
